Accurascale aims to raise £10,000 for Samaritans

Accurascale is adding one more ‘OO’ gauge Class 66 to its upcoming roster, 66415 You Are Never Alone in Freightliner orange livery with black striping, as a special fundraising initiative.

66415 You Are Never Alone was named to commemorate the work the Samaritans do around the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Announced at the latest Accurascale ‘Take-Over’ of Pete Waterman’s ‘Making Tracks’ at Blakemere Village, this latest model aims to raise £10,000 for the Samaritans charity and is exclusively available through the Accurascale website.

66415 You Are Never Alone was named at Ipswich in November 2019, through a collaborative effort between Freightliner, Greater Anglia and Samaritans to pay tribute and raise awareness to the work the Samaritans do to help prevent suicide across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

This exclusive model aims to raise money for the Samaritans charity.

66415 is currently in production and is scheduled to arrive with the first production run of Accurascale’s new ‘OO’ Class 66.

Scheduled for a quarter one 2024 release, this model is priced at £169.99 DCC ready and £259.99 DCC sound fitted.
