AIR-GRAPHIC’S NEW 1/72 AMX DECALS

Aftermarket producer Air-Graphic Models has issued a fresh set of markings for the multirole AMX aircraft.

AIR-GRAPHIC’S NEW 1/72 AMX DECALS

Special schemes come to the fore in this decal package from Air-Graphic Models (AIR72-025), printed with Italeri’s new-tool 1/72 AMX Ghibli in mind. It caters for single- and two-seat airframes operated by Italy and Brazil, with most of the examples wearing standard camouflage but sporting decorative tails. There are more adventurous liveries though, with one especially notable as it emulates the tight, three-colour mottle pattern sometimes seen on Italian World War Two fighters. Another jet wears retro tactical dark green and dark grey over medium grey, recalling the livery on FIAT G.91s. The options are:

•    A-11, MM7114/51-27, 13° and 28° Gruppo, Caccia Bombardieri Ricognitori, Aeronautica Militaire Italiana, as seen at Istrana Air Base, Italy, 2019
