In the second part of our series on construction of Natford TMD, MIKE WILD explains how Key Publishing’s exclusive laser-cut four-road sheds were built and painted to create a centrepiece for the scene.

To build a Traction Maintenance Depot (TMD), we needed a building and we wanted this to be the centrepiece of our project to build Natford TMD. The structures at Stratford in East London and Finsbury Park in North London stood out to us - but how could we model such large structures within the 11ft x 2ft footprint of our new project layout?
