Orders open for 'OO' PHA/JGA
Cavalex Models has opened the pre-order book for its forthcoming 'OO' gauge PHA/JGA bogie stone hopper wagons.
Built by WH Davis of Shirebrook in 1990, these large bogie hopper wagons carry aggregates from Bardon Hill Quarry in Leicestershire to terminals around the country.
Liveries planned include Bardon Hill Quarries green and yellow (1990 to early 2000s), Bardon Aggregates (late 1990s to mid-2010s) and unbranded mid-grey with a weathered finish (2014 onwards).
Priced at £40 each for pre-orders (£45 RRP), a delivery date has yet to be confirmed.
