Drawing inspiration from small quays along the Devon coast, COLIN LOCKYER explains how he created this authentic slice of the Southern Railway in ‘OO’ gauge.

Adams ‘O2’ 0-4-4T 224 draws to a halt at Exton Quay hauling an ex-LSWR 48ft coach and an ex-LSWR road van. The station is scratch-built and is modelled on Breamore.
