Class 47 artwork

Heljan has shown the livery artwork for its all-new 'O' gauge Class 47 which will cover colour schemes from introduction to the late 1990s.

Class 47

The new 7mm scale Class 47 replaces Heljan's previous version of the class. Two types are due for release in the fourth quarter of 2020: V2 models represent early boiler-fitted engines with full underframe tanks, headcode panels and Serck radiator shutters for the 1960s and 1970s, while V3 models have plated over headcode panels, high-intensity headlights and optional radio aerials to represent later period engines.
