Kinetic’s 1/48 T-45 Goshawk trainer returns as a C-variant and proves to be something of a handful, as Dean Large reveals.
Perusing a list of potential builds for Airfix Model World articles, I was struck by the fact that two of them were closely related species of Hawk – a 1/32 BAe Hawk and a 1/48 T-45 Goshawk. Having already built one of the larger kits, the Goshawk was decided upon for two reasons: to find out what the differences were between the British and US versions - and to find out what Kinetic kits were like, as this was the first time one of this company’s products had graced my workbench.
