Decorated samples of Lionheart Trains’ all-new 7mm scale Manning Wardle 2-6-2Ts have arrived for inspection by the development team.
These 'O-16.5' narrow gauge Lynton & Barnstaple Railway locomotives will reflect the prototypes through their careers and will feature die-cast chassis, tanks and boiler, compensated chassis, five-pole motor and Next18 Digital Command Control (DCC) decoder socket on a pull-out PCB.
The latest models to arrive include Exe in as-delivered 1897 colours with early cab (Cat No. LHT-7NS-001) and Yeo in Southern Railway lined green with late cab (LHT-7NS-005).
Priced at £350 DCC ready, £385 DCC fitted and £500 DCC sound-fitted, delivery is anticipated later this year.
