Low relief Dairy frontage

Rail served dairy sites were once a common feature of the railway scene. JOHN WIFFEN explains how to build Scalescenes’ latest exclusive kit for Hornby Magazine which has been designed for use against a backscene.

The completed kit builds into a model of a low-relief dairy loading point in ‘OO’ scale.

MILK TRAFFIC has always been a popular subject for modellers. Perhaps it was the combination of express locomotives and goods wagons or that it was conveyed in specially designed six-wheel tankers, but whatever the reason it prompted Scalescenes.com’s John Wiffen to design this exclusive kit for Hornby Magazine.
