Above: The French Armée de l’Air’s Escadron de Chasse 3/12 ‘Cornouaille’ disbanded in 1995, after 40 years’ service, and to mark the unit’s passing this stunning special livery was applied to F.1C No.10/12-ZD. While this view shows the 1st Escadrille bulldog badge and ‘DOGUES’ title, the starboard fuselage wore the 2nd Escadrille scorpion and corresponding ‘SCORPIONS’ lettering.
