Kernow Model Rail Centre has added a further two exclusive ’N’ gauge commissions to its range, with the announcement of new Graham Farish Scenecraft China Clay Dries (Cat No. 42-059Z) and accompanying chimney (42-060Z).
These latest additions are cast in resin, fully painted and reflect the distinctive buildings located across the clay district in Cornwall. The ‘dry’ building is long and narrow with a chimney at one end and a coal-fired furnace at the other. It was used for drying the clay before storing it ready for shipment by road or rail.
