KR Models has added a further selection of fictional colour schemes for its ‘OO’ gauge model of English Electric gas turbine prototype GT3.
Three liveries are planned in BR lined black with LMS lettering, BR lined black with early crests and BR lined green with late crests.
These latest limited edition models will bear the hallmarks of the original release, with a five-pole motor, 21-pin Digital Command Control (DCC) decoder socket, space for a 28mm diameter speaker in the tender, plug-in tender connection, cab illumination, directional lights and headcode discs.
Just 250 examples of each colour scheme will be produced, split between DCC ready (150) and DCC sound-fitted (LokSound V5.0) models (100).
Prices are set at £199 DCC ready and £299 DCC sound-fitted, with delivery expected in November 2022.
