IWA samples debut for 'OO'
Revolution Trains (RT) has received Engineering Prototype (EP) samples of its forthcoming ‘OO’ gauge IWA bogie wagons for evaluation. Samples of the manufacturer’s ‘N’ gauge IWAs are also expected soon.
RT’s new ‘OO’ models will be offered in holdall van and timber carrier forms and supplied in twin-packs containing two individually numbered wagons. Five Holdall twin-packs are being produced, covering Norsk Hydro, Cargowaggon and unbranded silver colour schemes, while four Touax branded twin-packs of timber carriers will also be available. Following minor amendments to the tooling, the 'OO' models will progress to the decoration stage of the process next.
Priced at £75 per twin-pack, pre-orders are being taken now. Delivery is yet to be confirmed.
