Kernow Model Rail Centre (KMRC) has received its eagerly-awaited exclusive 'OO' gauge IZA Cargowaggon twin vans from Revolution Trains.

First introduced in 1986/1987, these two-axle box vans (coded IZA) were semi-permanently coupled to create twin sets for use on domestic and Continental freight traffic. Ideal for palletised goods, their design enabled full access by forklift for loading/unloading. Goods carried include alcohol, car components, newsprint and more through the years and most remain in regular use to this day.

Produced in conjunction with Revolution Trains and exclusive to KMRC, these newly-tooled 'OO' gauge vehicles feature a highly detailed body and chassis, separately fitted brake gear and handrails, RP25 profile wheels, small tension lock couplings in NEM sockets and more. End of train versions are also available fitted with a battery-operated flashing red tail lamp.

Offered in original 1986 Cargowaggon livery together with the later revised (mid-1990s) colour scheme with additional warning labels, each twin pack is priced at £99.99 for standard models and £104.99 for tail-lamp fitted examples.
