Anyone modelling the Italian S.79 Sparviero bomber has enviable reference in this stunning new hardback.
Certainly one of the more interesting Axis aircraft, the S.79 Sparviero (Sparrowhawk), is a fascinating modelling subject. Several of the kits available are vintage items (such as the 1/72 version by Airfix re-released last year... see here for a review). You might want to super-detail this or plump for a more well-appointed model via Italeri’s 1/72 option, or the 1/48 Trumpeter kit. Regardless, an absolutely superb tool for assuring accuracy is the new hardback book from Crécy Publishing under its Classic imprint.
