Modellers of World War Two aircraft looking for a less obvious subject to build may welcome Special Hobby’s re-released 1/72 CAC CA-9 Wirraway (SH 72473). It’s the third time the kit has appeared (the second being a CA-3/5), but this time it offers arguably more interesting colour schemes. I should state immediately that this is certainly ‘old’ Special Hobby, in that it’s more of a limited-run product – as opposed to the firm’s more modern kits, which are more mass market in terms of quality.
