STAFF PROJECTS Guilt trip

While it hasn’t been forgotten, progress on the redevelopment on the ’OO’gauge test track has been slower than intended. MIKE WILD decided it was high time it got some attention.

A Hornby ‘Q6’0-8-0 leads a rake of Presflo cement hoppers into the goods loop alongside the mocked up hillside. Packaging from a furniture delivery provided the materials.

The Hornby Magazine team is always busy behind the scenes. This is what they’ve been up to.

MIKE WILD

More progress has been made outdoors while Mike’s workbench has been busy with a Slater’s ’O’gauge PMV kit as well as repainting a rake of a rake of Class B tankers.

MARK CHIVERS

Full size prototypes have caught Mark’s attention during April including a trip to GWR’s Long Rock depot in Cornwall - all in the name of research of course.
