There has not been a new-tool styrene Weasel in 1/35 scale since the vintage Monogram kit (the boat-hulled M29C) was released in 1957! Therefore, Takom’s kit, which is a squarer, land-based M29, is eagerly anticipated. This kit offers link-and-length tracks, a seated driver figure and four different sets of markings.

For those interested in modern Russian military machinery, Takom’s new Typhoon-K with remotely controlled weapons system could be the centrepiece of many a topical diorama or individual display piece. It has a detailed interior, steerable wheel, photo-etched (PE) metal details and hatches can be posed open or closed. Markings for one vehicle are supplied.
PKTAK02607 JGSDF AH-64D Apache Longbow Attack Helicopter 1/35 £89.99
Apache fans have had a bonanza with Takom’s 1/35 examples, but there’s another now available, the Japanese AH-64D license-built by Fuji Heavy Industries. Photo-etched metal parts are included, plus markings for three helicopters.

This is the first time Takom’s naval gun turret family has offered a British subject, here emulating HMS Hood’s Turret B. This famously ill-fated vessel’s Turret B was located on the forecastle deck. A display base is included.
