Tamiya has always been adept at producing motorcycle kits. It’s latest replicates the machine that secured rider and team championships for Suzuki in the 2020 MotoGP, as CHRIS CLIFFORD reports.


If you want a kit that fits like a glove, you can always rely on Tamiya. The Japanese modelling legend almost always ‘aces’ it in terms of buildability, even if it does sometimes mean that the detail is slightly less spectacular in places than you’d expect (this is rare though). One genre in which Tamiya has always excelled is that of motorcycles – for road and track – and its latest kit comes from the latter arena.
