This month we are offering the chance to win one of Bachmann’s new ‘OO’ gauge Johnson ‘1P’ 0-4-4Ts in our latest competition. These characterful tank engines were built for the Midland Railway originally and most saw service with the LMS after 1923 and British Railways after 1948.
The model features a stunning level of detail and models 58072 in BR lined black with early crests and condensing apparatus. Other features include a Next18 decoder socket, a factory fitted 15mm x 11mm ‘sugar cube’ speaker, firebox flicker and full cab interior detail.
To enter the competition and be in with a chance of winning this Johnson 0-4-4T, all you have to do is answer the following simple question by December 15 2020. Even you don’t win, Bachmann’s new ‘1Ps’ are due in the shops across November and December in Midland Railway, LMS and BR liveries. See pages 70-73 to read our full review.
