Above: The 2023 Statfold Model Railway Exhibition took place on April 1/2 at the Statfold Narrow Gauge Museum. As well as locomotives in steam, the venue houses one of the largest collections of narrow gauge locomotives in its roundhouse.
THE WEEKEND of April 1/2 played host to the Statfold Model Railway Exhibition. Set in the rolling countryside near Tamworth, this Staffordshire venue has a 1 1/2mile long 2ft gauge railway system together with locomotive sheds, a roundhouse museum, vintage vehicles and more.
