An undoubted highlight of the 2021 Great Electric Train Show is the only planned exhibition appearance after Chester Cathedral's Making Tracks event for Pete Waterman's stunning 64ft long model of the West Coast Main Line in 'OO' gauge. For the Great Electric Train Show weekend of October 2/3 2021 the Hornby Magazine team will be adopting Pete Waterman's 'OO' gauge layout and fully stocking it to model WCML operations between 2000-2021. Expect Virgin Trains AC electrics, a plethora Class 37 liveries, Class 56s on heavy freights, double-headed Class 86s on Freightliner trains, Network Rail test trains and much more.
