A total of 15 later Airfix toolings are returning to Airfix’s catalogue for 2022, as CHRIS CLIFFORD explains.
A selection of popular Airfix toolings from more recent years are making their way back into this year’s range. It’s a heady mix of World War Two, Korean War and Cold War aircraft types. Some kits have new components. Many of these are in 1/72 scale and arguably crowned by the Handley Page Victor (A12008), which returns as a B.Mk.2(BS) with Blue Steel nuclear missile and two colour schemes (camouflage and anti-flash white).
