More Hornby ‘Terriers’ on the way
Decorated samples of Hornby's next batch of 'OO’ gauge Stroudley ‘Terrier’ 0-6-0Ts have arrived for assessment, ahead of production getting underway soon.
Amongst the new models due this Autumn are 32646 in British Railways black with sunshine lettering (R30006) and 32640 in BR lined black with early crests (R30008).
As with previous releases, the impressive specification includes a three-pole motor, 6-pin Digital Command Control (DCC) decoder socket, metal buffers, lamp irons, separately fitted smokebox door dart, handrails, pipework, decorated cab interior, glazed spectacles, guard irons, brake rigging, together with small tension lock couplings in NEM pockets.
Prices are set at £99.99 for DCC ready models and £120.99 for DCC fitted examples.
