A new name to the Digital Command Control market is YaMoRC. MARK CHIVERS looks at this fledgling brand’s newly-released accessory decoders.

A SERIES of new digital accessory decoders have recently been introduced to the UK from Europebased YaMoRC, including a 16 output switching decoder (Cat No. YD8116), eight output CDU solenoid decoder (YD8008) and four + four output CDU solenoid and frog decoder (YD8044). YaMoRC is a relatively new name to Digital Command Control (DCC) technology, with the distinctive brand name actually standing for ‘Yet another Model Railroad Company’. Its products are designed to suit most DCC systems and are manufactured in Germany and then assembled at the company’s facility in the Netherlands. The company launched in 2020 and its range currently includes a selection of feedback modules as well as these new accessory decoders.
