Bachmann has unveiled two new exclusive limited edition models for members of the Bachmann Collectors Club (BCC), in ‘N’ and ‘OO’.
The new models are finished as Class 08 08818/No. 4 Molly in its distinctive GB Railfreight (GBRf) colour scheme with HN Rail (Harry Needle Railroad Company) markings, as carried by the full-size prototype hired-in by GBRf.
Launched during the BCC annual members’ day festivities at the Dean Forest Railway on September 3, the ‘OO’ gauge model features an 8-pin Digital Command Control (DCC) decoder socket, while the ‘N’ gauge Graham Farish model utilises the latest tooling with factory-fitted speaker and is available DCC ready (with a Next18 decoder socket) and DCC sound-fitted.
These latest exclusive editions are limited to 504 ‘OO’ gauge models, while 250 of each ‘N’ gauge format have also been produced and come with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
Prices are set at £149.99 for the ‘OO’ gauge models. while ‘N’ gauge examples are £144.95 DCC ready and £244.95 DCC sound-fitted. They are available to order now for members of the Bachmann Collectors Club.
