Ever topical, Ukraine’s ICM has released a highly detailed 1/35 kit of the indigenous Kozak-2, reviewed here by CHRIS CLIFFORD.
Manufactured by Ukrainian company Practika and based on an Iveco 4 x 4 truck chassis, the Kozak-2 (Cossack-2) mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP battlefield transport is ubiquitous in that country – and was officially brought into service in 2017. It’s currently employed by Ukraine’s airborne assault troops, marines, recce units, National Guard and State Border Guard Service. Military modellers who like to be topical in their building will welcome ICM’s new kit of the type which, at present, is fully engaged in defending Ukraine against the Russian invasion.
