Production of Kernow Model Rail Centre’s eagerly-awaited newly-tooled 'OO’ gauge London and South Western Railway/Southern Railway (LSWR/SR) 10ton Road Vans is now complete, with finished models expected during the Summer.

Almost 500 of these 10ton Goods brake vans were built for use by the LSWR between 1884 and 1905. They featured distinctive side doors which enabled parcels and other goods to be loaded, hence their Road Van moniker. As well as mainland use, they were also utilised on the Isle of Wight (IOW).
