Bachmann unveils new BR Mk1 coaches at Model World Live
Bachmann revealed a selection of all new ‘OO’ gauge BR Mk1 coaches covering Brake Second Open (BSO)/(BSOT), First Open (FO) and Restaurant Buffet (RB) vehicles at Model World LIVE 2024 at the NEC in Birmingham.
EWS charter train pack
Hornby’s latest ‘OO’ gauge train pack is billed as the ‘EWS Business Train’ and models the air-conditioned Mk 2 carriages EWS repainted in the early 2000s for charter trains. The vehicles were used on railtours as well as on regular peak-hour relief services for ScotRail, operating on the Fife Circle route.
