Fence Houses, 'OO'
Fence Houses is a busy National Coal Board (NCB) shed in the coalfield area of the Industrial North East to the south west of Sunderland. NCB locomotives are serviced and repaired here as well as being based at the shed.

JANUARY BRINGS one of the most anticipated model railway catalogue releases of the year, as it marks the reveal of Hornby’s new range for 2021. The announcement has become something of a ritual for the Hornby Magazine team as we work round the clock excitedly to prepare our content for this issue in the run up to Christmas, working in secrecy to ensure the information is kept firmly under wraps until the official announcement.
