ITS EASY TO BECOME OVER FOCUSED on the railway side of a model scene – we are definitely guilty of that – but there are a wide range of operating accessories on the market including the long-standing Faller Car System which can add to the scene outside the railway boundary.
The Faller Car System offers a way of adding moving road vehicles to a model railway which can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be. It is made to operate with ‘HO’ scale 1:87 road vehicles, most of which are of modern era designs, but it is equally usable on a ‘OO’ gauge layout as the vehicles won’t look out of place alongside British outline locomotives and rolling stock.
