Hornby delivers new Thompson 'A2/2s'
Hornby's eagerly-awaited newly-tooled 'OO' gauge Thompson 'A2/2' 4-6-2s have arrived with retailers.
Two models are now available as 60501 Cock o' the North in BR lined green with early crests (Cat No. R3830) and 60505 Thane of Fife in BR lined green with late crests (R3831).
These mixed traffic locomotives are the first of a series of new 'OO' gauge Thompson 'Pacifics' being released by Hornby with the 'A2/3' 4-6-2s set to follow shortly.
