Hornby is to introduce an all-new set of ‘OO’ locomotive crew with its forthcoming model of the newly-tooled BR ‘9F’ 2-10-0.
These newly-developed figures will be pre-painted with overalls, cap, shirt and tie and have been specifically posed for use with the all-new ‘OO’ gauge BR '9F’ from Hornby. They will be supplied in the accessory bag.
Further crews are also being developed for the company’s refreshed ‘OO’ gauge LNER ‘A1/A3’ 4-6-2s, ‘A4’ 4-6-2s, Class 91 electrics and the Class 370 Advanced Passenger Train models in due course.
Hornby’s new BR ‘9F’ 2-10-0 is set to appear as 92167 in BR black with early crests (R3986), 92194 in BR black with late crests (R3987) and 92220 Evening Star in BR lined green with late crests (R3988).
Priced at £252.99 each, release is anticipated later this autumn.
