‘N’ Gauge 128 DPU progress

Revolution Trains’ forthcoming ‘N’ gauge Class 128 Diesel Parcels Unit (DPU) is edging closer to production with CAD work complete and awaiting approval.

Both BR Midland Region centre headcode and BR Western Region split headcode variants are planned, in original and plated-over condition, with/without gangways (as appropriate). The model’s specification includes wire handrails and separately fitted underframe detailing with liveries covering BR green, BR blue and Royal Mail red schemes.

Once approved, pre-orders for the Class 128 units will open. Prices and anticipated delivery have yet to be confirmed.
