DRS receives ‘O’ gauge 37
Revolution Trains (RT) and Heljan have presented Nuclear Transport Solutions/Direct Rail Services with display models of their ‘O’ gauge Class 37 37405 in DRS livery.
The ceremony was hosted at DRS' Crewe Gresty Bridge depot, alongside the full-size locomotive. RT worked closely with the freight operator to produce this exclusive model, which was commissioned from Heljan.
Accepting the models from RT’s Ben Ando and Heljan’s Ben Jones on behalf of Nuclear Train Solutions (NTS)/Direct Rail Services (DRS), Andy Grundy, Head of Engineering (fleet and technical) said: “These impressive models will go on display in a case in our reception area so everyone at NTS/DRS can enjoy them”.
A limited number of RT’s exclusive ‘O’ gauge Class 37 in DRS Compass livery are still available, priced £599 each.
