Bradley Manor is on its way!

Key Publishing’s exclusive limited edition of preserved GWR ‘Manor’ 4-6-0 7802 Bradley Manor is due to arrive in stock at the beginning of August. Check out the production samples here.

THE KEY PUBLISHING ‘OO’ gauge limited edition model of GWR ‘Manor’ 4-6-0 7802 Bradley Manor is set to leave to leave the factory next week by air with production sample images being revealed by Accurascale today.

The Accurascale-produced limited edition models 7802 Bradley Manor in BR lined green with late crests on the tender sides and each model comes with an optional ‘Cambrian Coast Express’ headboard as well as unique box artwork.

In total 350 have been made with 150 sound fitted version (currently sold out on pre-order) as well as 200 DCC ready versions of which there are less than 40 remaining for pre-orders. Key Publishing Modelling Publisher Mike Wild commented: “Our customer services team will be contacting all pre-order customers in the coming days for balance of payment for the model to ensure that orders are despatched swiftly on arrival in our warehouse.”

The ‘Manor’ is Accurascale’s first ‘OO’ gauge ready-to-run steam locomotive and will feature a Next18 decoder socket in the tender, two speaker spaces, firebox glow and a five-pole motor with a helical gearbox for scale speed running. The physical specification calls for separately fitted handrails throughout, turned metal wheels, metal motion, full cab interior detail, etched metal parts, a fully detailed body using information from laser-scanning of 7808 Cookham Manor at Didcot Railway Centre and more.
