New batch of LMS ‘3F’ 0-6-0Ts progress
Dapol has received decorated samples of its next batch of ‘O’ gauge LMS ‘Jinty’ 0-6-0Ts for assessment.
Seven models are set to appear, including five fully-finished as No.19 in Northern Counties Committee (NCC) lined black (Cat No. 7S-026-008), 47569 in British Railways black with early crests (7S-026-009), 47406 in BR black with early crests (7S-026-010), 47482 in BR black with late crests and tank side numbers (7S-026-11) and 47680 in BR black with late crests (7S-026-12). Completing the line-up are two un-numbered models in BR black with early crests (7S-026-10U) and BR black with late crests (7S-026-12U).
Bearing the hallmarks of previous releases, the models feature a compensated die-cast chassis, 21-pin Digital Command Control (DCC) decoder socket, flickering fire effect, sprung metal buffers, removable cab roof and much separately applied detailing.
Prices are set at £232.88 DCC ready, £263.93 DCC fitted and £355.60 DCC sound-fitted. Release is anticipated during the first half of 2022.
