Kernow Model Rail Centre (KMRC) has commissioned two new ‘OO’ gauge North Cornwall Railway buildings from Bachmann’s Scenecraft range.
The all-new ‘OO’ gauge buildings model a London and South Western Railway (LSWR) / North Cornwall Railway (NCR) waiting shelter and No.1 goods shed.
The LSWR /NCR shelter reflects the smaller design of ‘waiting shed’ employed by the company at stations such as Ashwater, Egloskerry, Tresmeer, Port Isaac Road and St Kew Highway. The No.1 goods shed is representative of the buildings at Padstow, St Kews Highway and Camelford, and features double doors on the roadside and a shelter over the rails on the other. The waiting shelter is also supplied with a pre-painted section of seating for placement within the structure.
Exclusive to KMRC, the all-new buildings are available now priced at £31.50 for the shelter and £75 for the goods shed.
