Having recently produced an all-new ‘OO’ gauge model of the distinctive PCA wagons, Revolution Trains is now seeking the possibility of also producing them in ‘N’ gauge to a similar standard.
The manufacturer hopes to offer the ‘N’ gauge PCA tanks in the same liveries offered for the ‘OO’ release – Alcan original, Alcan debranded, Rio Tinto Alcan, Liberty/Lochaber and Alvance.
On launching the expression of interest, Revolution Trains’ Ben Ando explained, “The ‘OO’ models have proved popular, and as an ‘N’ gauge modeller myself I’d love to make these available in the smaller scale. But they are a niche wagon and we need to be sure the market exists.”
The wagons, like their ‘OO’ counterparts, are expected to be released in packs of four, priced at £149.95 for pre orders, rising to £169.95 on release.
